INCLUDED:

Villa Querciaia provides guests with a comprehensive housekeeping service, structured as follows:

• Frequency: 3 weekly cleaning sessions
• Staff: 2 professional cleaners working simultaneously
• Duration: 2 hours per session (totaling 4 effective cleaning hours per visit)
• Weekly total: 12 hours of cleaning service

welcome basket; weekly change of bed linen; mid-week change of towels and swimming pool, final cleaning.

EXCLUDED:
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.

City tax according to the current legislation
Upon arrival, the customers will have to give a security deposit of € 700.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay, minus the cost of any damage incurred.

Toddler bed € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.

Check-in 3-7 pm | Check out 10 am.

The pool is open fro May to September- Pool heating  500€ to be paid on spot - to be requested: at least  4 days before the service
