Independent residence of 6 sleeps.

On the ground floor, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room. On the first floor two double rooms, a twin room, two bathroom with shower.
Services
Swimming pool, patio with barbecue and gazebo, laudry room and washing machine next to the villa.

On request
Household, Chef for Tuscany dinners or/and lunches, cooking class, shopping service at the supermarket at the arrival and during the stay.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating and air conditioning consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.

Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Toddler bed € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
