The villa consists of two apartments connected by an external staircase. Both reflect the style of the historic Leopoldine houses, offering spacious interiors with a total of six bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The interiors are tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Each apartment features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area, providing guests with a unique experience in a historic setting.

Outside, a private garden and a swimming pool complete the property, offering moments of pure relaxation while enjoying the breathtaking landscape that surrounds it. The villa is also designed for high energy efficiency and includes accessible spaces for people with disabilities, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests.

During mid and high season only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. In Mid season the minimum stays is 4 nights with arrivals and departures on any day.

In low season the minimum stay is 2 nights with arrivals and departures on any day. Prices on request
