The villa spans two floors and accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring 5 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The ground floor is highlighted by a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room within the original loggia, complete with large windows offering a breathtaking view of the valley below and the city of Arezzo. The exterior spaces are equally enchanting, with a 1000 m² private garden, perfect for relaxing under the shade of centuries-old trees, and a 45 m² private pool to cool off on warm summer days.
