VILLA DEL GRANDUCA

The villa has 12 sleeps and is on two levels connected to each other by an external covered staircase and offers two fully equipped kitchens and a washing machine and dryer on each floor, Wi-Fi, air conditioning , satellite TV. Villa del Granduca is the ideal place for those looking for a holiday full of comfort and furnishings of excellent finish in an environment with the authentic flavor of Tuscan country houses. On the day of arrival, guests will have a dinner offered by the owners and a welcome basket for breakfast the next day. The first floor thanks to a wooden bridge at the back of the villa is also accessible to the disabled.
Ground Floor: with entrance from a typical outdoor loggia furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, lounge with sofas and satellite TV, large living-dining room and kitchen. Three double bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower.
First floor: with access from the covered external staircase which can be accessed from the porch or from the wooden bridge on the back of the villa, living room with sofas, satellite TV and typical wood-burning oven in the panoramic loggia, large living-dining room with antique fireplace and kitchen. In front of the villa there is a private garden and on the right side there is a beautiful fenced swimming pool which both offer a splendid panoramic view of the city of Arezzo and its valleys, which at night becomes even more evocative. The city center is only 5 km away and you can find all the necessary amenities and services, as well as museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to visit.
