Villa Nocciola is a beautifully restored historic residence nestled in the heart of the Tuscan hills, offering a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The villa spans two floors and accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring 5 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The ground floor is highlighted by a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room within the original loggia, complete with large windows offering a breathtaking view of the valley below and the city of Arezzo. The exterior spaces are equally enchanting, with a 1000 m² private garden, perfect for relaxing under the shade of centuries-old trees, and a 45 m² private pool to cool off on warm summer days. Designed with comfort in mind, the villa combines modern finishes with historical architecture, creating an ideal environment for families and groups seeking an exclusive retreat in the Tuscan countryside.

During mid and high season only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. In Mid season the minimum stays is 4 nights with arrivals and departures on any day.
In low season the minimum stay is 2 nights with arrivals and departures on any day. Prices on request
