Your holiday with meditation
Combine the holiday with a meditation course, or if you prefer an introduction to meditation for those with no previous experience. It will be a very interesting opportunity to "reconnect with oneself".
The sessions with the teacher will aim to guide us in the practice of meditation starting from the basics: correct posture, breathing, emotional attitude, the deep purpose of meditation. Some of the main techniques to start approaching your inner world will be taught, both individually and in groups.
