This wonderful villa was built in 1650 and recently renovated.
It is located in a unique place, at the feet of the Lucca hills, close to the most renomated Lucca’s historical villas: Villa Reale, Villa Grabau, Villa Oliva just 9 km from the walled city of Lucca.
The property, which can accommodate up to 20 people, consists of a main building (villa), two barns, 10,000 sqm large park and a swimming pool. The villa consists of 3 floors with a total area of approximately 1,000 sqm.
Most of the first and second floor are decorated with original 1600-1700 frescoes , whichhave been discovered after a very careful renovation.
The property has a 10.000 sqm large park, with secular trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants. A roses gallery crosses a side of the garden, from the swimming pool (13X6) to the ‘lemon houses’ that can be also used for events and for reading and relaxing.
The villa also offers a jacuzzi near the pool and a fitness room

Entrance through an external staircase (typical for the 1600s Lucca's villas) into a Hall.
From this central room there is the access to: a salon with fireplace, a dining room, one kitchen opening onto the covered patio, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 master bedroom with 1 bathroom, a frescoed 'music' room (with piano), a studio, a salon.

Second Floor
In this floor there is a large Gymn room equipped with modern atletic tools, 4 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
