On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room with stone fireplace, toilet, and utility area with laundry facilities. On the first floor: living room with piano and views of the garden, office with computer and internet access, three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the second floor: living room with satellite TV, home theatre system and DVD player, two double bedrooms, and one twin or double bedroom, each with a private bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Services
Swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1 m), park/gardens, air conditioning, stereo with CD player. All beds in the Villa are king-size beds (200 x 200 cm).

Security deposit: €2,000.00
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 pm; check-out by 11:00 am.
Facilities included: Air conditioning, central heating, computer & internet, CD stereo system with central distribution, satellite TV, gardener, maid service every day / every 2 days for rubbish collection.
Maid service: The housekeeper comes every 2 days to empty the rubbish bins and tidy the kitchen (daily in case of a large amount of rubbish). Towels are changed on Wednesdays.
Not included: Food and drinks, telephone charges, personal laundry, transfers.
Pets: Not allowed.
Tourist tax: Included.

VILLA BOSCHI: Account 30% of the total amount at the confirmation. Balance 60 days before the arrival.All payments are not refundable
