VILLA FATTORIA

Villa Fattoria is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by orchards and olive groves, Italian gardens and peaceful hills. The villa was built at the beginning of the 19th century as a residence for the workers who worked at Tenuta Controni. Completely restored, it still retains its old Tuscan charm with terracotta floors, ceilings with beams and frescoes.

Villa Fattoria can accommodate 15 people in 8 bedroom.
On the ground floor there are the dining room, some living rooms, large kitchen, two bathrooms.
The sleeping area is developed between the first and second floors of the villa. On the first floor a master room, three double bedrooms, a single bedroom each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two double or twin bedrooms, a master room each with an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The villa is located a short distance from the small town of Vorno, reachable on foot.
The villa is an ideal wedding location: the gardens and exterior of the Villa can accommodate up to 150 people.

By using this policy guests will benefit of a continuous refill of the fridges with food and beverages.
