VILLA FRANTOIANO

Villa Frantoiano is an original oil mill restored to create a welcoming and original environment. The oil mill was operational until 1997 and the summer residence of the Controni family in the 16th century. With 4 delightful bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is surrounded by olive groves overlooking the valley of the pool and the medieval towers of Lucca. The villa is the perfect place for relaxing holidays in a small Tuscan paradise.

Villa Frantoiano can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a main entrance with a corridor and an impressive staircase, a large equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four spacious double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, each with an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Pendolino room with double bed (170 x 190 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Rossello room with double bed (170 x 190 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Moraiolo Room with double bed (170 x 190 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Trillo room with two twin beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined into a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.

• Cost of food and beverages: guests will be charged 15 euro per person for breakfast and 45/55€ per person per meal depending on the menu selected.
• Chef service for the preparation of breakfast and 1 meal per day (lunch or dinner). Wednesday day off =1500€ for the week.
