As well as being a great accompaniment to tasty dishes, wine can also play a leading role in many excellent recipes. Red or white, rosé or sparkling: all varieties can be used to enrich dishes and give them a special flavour.
Today, wine is used in the kitchen to enjoy its properties and aromas. From white wine, which is ideal for soups and fish, to red wine, which enhances sauces and meat dishes, to desserts, for which both varieties can be used to great effect, cooking with wine can be fun and creative.
