VILLA SEMPREVERDE

The Villa is located within a large estate of about 650 hectares, 10 km from the sea. Since the early 90s the property has carried out an extensive restoration project which began with the renovation of 11 houses that once were the houses of the farmers who cultivated the company land.

Villa Sempreverde is a prestigious villa with pool situated on the crest of a hill just a few kilometers from the sea and famous places like Bolgheri and S. Gimignano.
The villa has a private parking area, a shaded porch with two large tables, a brick BBQ, a children’s swing and a beautiful heatable, 12 x 6 meters infinity pool.

Villa Sempreverde can be divided into two comfortable and independent apartments, one for 8 people “SMALL” and one for 12+2 people “BIG”. The villa has a total of 10 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms plus the “turret” which has two beds and a small bathroom with shower, for a total of 22 beds. The Small apartment which accommodates 8 people has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin bedroom, kitchen, dining area with fireplace and two double bedrooms with four-poster beds and bathroom on the first floor.
The big apartment for 12+2 people has two bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin bedroom, living room, kitchen, fireplace, dining area and 4 double bedrooms with four-poster beds and bathrooms on the first floor. This apartment also leads to the “turret” which has two sofa beds a small bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and shower. All the rooms on the ground floor and also one of the bedrooms of the Small apartment access the garden that surrounds the house.
The villa is equipped with wi-fi connection which is not free and managed by a local authority.

*Limited number. The price is a weekly rent price and doesn't change in case of less than 1 week rent days
** A different amount could be ask in case of long holiday or in other particular cases established by the property 

WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.

CLEANING: the final period cleaning it is compulsory. In case of stays longer then 1 week the other cleanings are not compulsory but upon request.

WI-FI: It's free of charge

***SWIMMING POOLS: swimming pools open from 17/05-27/09 and closed in in mid and low season. They could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open or to heat the swimming pools. Services are not availables for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival).

ACCOMODATION PRICES: In case of event use, the price will be personalised.
