Independent residence sleeping 10+2 guests.

On the ground floor: reception room, welcoming entrance area, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a stone staircase leading to the first floor.

On the first floor, which can also be accessed via the external staircase adjacent to the villa: dining room/kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, blender and moka coffee maker, a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and safe, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with reading area and double sofa bed.

On the second floor: four spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Services
Swimming pool (15x5 m - depth 1.10–1.40 m), park with a consecrated chapel dating back to the 19th century, barbecue, hairdryer. In the annex located next to the villa, the caretakers live and take care of the maintenance of the garden and swimming pool. The garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

Security deposit: €800.00 in cash

The prices include:

Continental breakfast only for the first day.
Cleaning service - 1 day per week.
Change of bed linen and towels - 1 day per week.

Not included:

Final cleaning to be paid locally: €400.00 (including sanitisation).
Electricity: 200 kW included in the price. Consumption exceeding 200 kW per week must be paid locally (€0.80/kW); air conditioning charged according to consumption (€0.80/kW) | heating €8 per cubic metre.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality hosting you.
