VILLA GINEVRA

The Villa is located within a large estate of about 650 hectares, 10 km from the sea. Since the early 90s the property has carried out an extensive restoration project which began with the renovation of 11 houses that once were the houses of the farmers who cultivated the company land.
Villa Ginevra is a prestigious villa that offers accommodation for 20, with pool situated just a few kilometers from famous places like Castagneto Carducci and Volterra and a few kilometers from the sea.
There are two distinct private parking areas, two outdoor dining areas with a large table, a stone BBQ, a beautiful infinity pool and the garden that surrounds the house.

Villa Ginevra has a total of 9 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. If necessary, the house can be divided into two comfortable and independent apartments, 10 beds each. 
On the ground floor there are 2 kitchens, 2 sitting rooms, 2 living rooms with fireplace and 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and direct access to the garden. On the first floor there are the other 6 bedrooms with bathroom and a double suite with bathroom and a private lounge where you can add two beds.

*Limited number. The price is a weekly rent price and doesn't change in case of less than 1 week rent days

WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal
holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
CLEANING: the final period cleaning it is compulsory. In case of stays longer then 1 week the other cleanings are not compulsory but upon request.
WI-FI: It's free of charge
***SWIMMING POOLS: swimming pools open from 17/05-27/09 and closed in in mid and low season. They could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open or to heat the swimming pools. Services are not availables for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival).
