The villa is spread over two floors with spacious and bright rooms.
On the ground floor, a cozy living room with arches overlooking the ancient stable, and an open kitchen create a unique environment, separated by the characteristic three-sided fireplace made with Livorno stone paving.
Every corner of Villa Ottone has been designed with care and attention to detail, as evidenced by the wood-burning ceramic stove in the TV room and the high-quality finishes throughout.

On the first floor, five large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, offer the utmost comfort, including mosquito nets, air conditioning, and autonomous heating, ensuring relaxation in every season.

Not included:

swimming pools are closed in winter, low and mid season. In low and mid season could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request.

The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to arrival date to open and 2 weeks to heat the swimming pools. Services are not

available for last minute bookings (less then 3 weeks before arrival).
