Casa delle Fate is divided into two independent units, ideal for two families with children or groups of friends seeking a private yet sociable stay. The villa is set in a natural landscape of rare beauty, among hills cultivated with olive trees and vineyards, offering a peaceful retreat just steps away from Tuscan history and traditions.

The outdoor spaces include a large fully fenced park, with corners designed for relaxation, reading, or enjoyable moments with friends and family, both in the olive grove and the woods. The pool (14x6 m, depth 1–2.4 m) features a scenic waterfall, while the adjacent bathrooms and changing rooms provide convenience for all guests. A small vegetable garden allows guests to harvest fresh seasonal produce.

• First unit: ground floor with entrance from the porch, living and dining area with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with hydromassage shower; first floor with twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

• Second unit: ground floor with entrance from the porch, living and dining area with fireplace, double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with hydromassage shower; first floor with twin bedroom.

• At the pool, there are two bathrooms complete with sink, WC, and shower.
