The main entrance door opens into a corridor leading to a very spacious living / dining room, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and upstairs. The spacious living room is ideally divided into four areas with four arches: the large fireplace, the area with sofa, armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, the library with armchairs for reading, the table for 8 / 12 people. The living room opens onto the sun terrace, the garden and the pool through the glass doors, on the other side leads to the spectacular kitchen with a large central work area with 5 burners, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee makers American and Italian, toaster, etc. and a large table for up to 12 people. The kitchen is surrounded by large windows on 2 sides and opens into a beautiful shady veranda for dining out.
From the first floor, through a flight of stairs, you go up to the first floor with a second living room with satellite TV and fireplace. On this floor there are 5 bedrooms: a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; another twin bedroom with private bathroom with tub and extendable shower; a further twin bedroom with bathroom, double sink and shower. Two other twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. All bathrooms have a hairdryer and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wifi connection. Also on the first floor there is a small studio with a computer with an ADSL connection and a printer.
Finally, the tower, an ancient medieval tower, has been furnished with a cozy twin bedroom with bathroom. The tower enjoys a 360 degree view of the surrounding area.
The property extends for 2 hectares all around the slope, it is all fenced and has its own private pool surrounded by a large variety of plants with the garden that descends down the hill into olive groves and rows of fruit trees.
The pool is located right in front of the house on a sun terrace and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. A large covered veranda with table, chairs and barbecue is ideal to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner 'al fresco' watching the sunset.
In the back there is a large courtyard with a spacious arched loggia also equipped with a pizza oven, chairs and a bench to relax immersed in the green countryside.
