Villa della Musica is a luxury villa surrounded by nature: it overlooks the wonderful rows of olive trees that line the hills south of Bologna and is particularly suitable for those who are looking for relaxation and privacy.
Surrounded by a well-kept garden, guests will enjoy a large heated and lighted swimming pool for swimming at night, equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas, double infinity edge and an enchanting view of the landscape.
The beautiful outdoor pergola offers the possibility to have lunch outdoors.

The residence is part, together with 5 other totally independent villas, of a large luxury resort.
Guests can therefore enjoy maximum privacy but at the same time they can use, if they wish, the excellent services and facilities  of the resort: restaurants, bars, a cellar for visits and tastings, meeting and event rooms, 7 outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor sports, daily activities programm (in summer), but above all a wonderful big SPA.
For large groups and events, several villas can be rented together or some rooms and spaces of the resort can be used.

The result of an important architectural restoration work, the stone villa on three levels can accommodate up to ten guests.
In the large living room overlooking the suggestive landscape of the gullies, there are all the common areas: the kitchen equipped for all types of preparation, spacious living areas equipped with sofas and a large TV as well as areas with comfortable chaise longues reserved for relaxation and reading .
Upstairs, five elegant double rooms with a private bathroom invite guests to have a relaxing time.Each room enjoys a suggestive view of the landscape. Two rooms can be connected thus ensuring the comfort required by families with children. The top floor has spaces equipped for work or meditation; or can be used as a playing area without compromising other activities in the house.
On the ground floor, there is also a small office with a monitor and Wi-Fi connection, in case of business needs or required privacy

GENERAL INFO

• Check in / Check out: Check-in after 4:00 pm
  Check-out by 11:00 am
  In case of late check-out, the following conditions are applied, upon availability:
• Charge of 20% of the booked villa rate for check out until 1:00 pm
• Charge of full booked villa rate after 1:00 pm
• During check-in operations, an additional pre-authorization of 50% on the first night rate will be requested to cover any incidental charges. If, at the time of check-out, the total pre-authorized amount has not been reached or an alternative payment method is chosen, the pre-authorized amount will be refunded and will become available depending on the bank's policy
• PET supplement: € 30,00 per day, small and medium size animals only, always to be communicated to the Operator in advance – booking is compulsory

City tax: excluded and charged separately.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Down payment 50% of the total amount at the confirmation, balance 60 days before the arrival.payments not refundable
