The Villa is an original stone residence on two floors, located within a garden, dotted with centuries-old oaks.
The villa is accessed through the enchanting garden of fragrances and is immersed in the greenery, creating a magical atmosphere.
Surrounded on all sides by the green hills of Bologna, the residence offers glimpses of historical places of particular value such as the famous pre-Romanesque crypt of the Church of San Lorenzo and the Malvezzi Tower dating back to 1078, both located in the village of Varignana.
The large arbor facing south west gives life to the outside of the house in every season. In the summer, guests have access to a large solarium facing the orchard. The outside space is completed with a hydromassage hot tub and pleasant night lighting effects. Guests can enjoy absolute privacy and every comfort including a parking space inside the courtyard area, reserved only for guests.
The villa is part, together with 5 other totally independent villas, of a large luxury resort.
Guests can therefore enjoy maximum privacy but at the same time they can use, if they wish, the excellent services and facilities of the resort: restaurants, bars, a cellar for visits and tastings, meeting and event rooms, 7 outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor sports, daily activities programm (in summer), but above all a wonderful big SPA.
For large groups and events, several villas can be rented together or some rooms and spaces of the resort can be used.

The property offers four elegant bedrooms with traditional wooden and terracotta ceilings, and thick stone walls that ensure silence and give a sense of welcome. Two rooms have a private living room, one of them has a splendid furnished terrace with view to the woods and the ancient village of Varignana. On the ground floor, guests have access to a large living area with kitchen to enjoy all the convivial moments. The classic furnishings and wood paneling are expertly crafted by Italian wood craftsmen and match unique pieces of Italian antiques, which are subjects of careful research: from the wrought iron and gilded headboards, to the chests, benches, and decorations.

The villa can be booked with two formulas. The first includes daily breakfast at the resort and three hours of entry to the traditional SPA path included in the stay.
Alternatively, the guest can choose immersion in absolute privacy with the "Villa Only" formula.
