VILLA DELLA BOTANICA

Elegant private residence, 20 minutes from Bologna, Villa della Botanica offers an extraordinary view of olive trees and vineyards and it is surrounded by a private garden of 5 hectares, a true work of botanical art part of the prestigious “Grandi Giardini Italiani” network.
Guests have access to a private 100sqm infinity pool, a 19sqm hot tub and a large solarium from which they can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
The villa is part, together with 5 other totally independent villas, of a large luxury resort.
Guests can therefore enjoy maximum privacy but at the same time they can use, if they wish, the excellent services and facilities of the resort: restaurants, bars, a cellar for visits and tastings, meeting and event rooms, 7 outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor sports, daily activities programm (in summer), but above all a wonderful big SPA.
For large groups and events, several villas can be rented together or some rooms and spaces of the resort can be used.

The villa is divided into two floors and offers interiors with a timeless charm, in which classic and modern elements have been harmoniously combined. The recent renovation has created a welcoming but at the same time refined environment, respecting the original design.
The ground floor has two comfortable bedrooms for 4 people both with private bathroom. The living room is bright thanks to its large windows and offers direct access to the garden. An imposing wooden staircase leads to the first floor with another living room and three bedrooms: two deluxe rooms and a junior suite, both with private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom features a walk-in shower, which connects the bedroom with the bathroom. All bedrooms have kingsize beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The two floors of the residence are connected by a beautiful two-storey library designed by local artisans. On the ground floor, a conservatory of over 40 sqm leads to a private garden with oaks part of a unique collection in Italy

The villa can be booked with two formulas. The first includes daily breakfast at the resort and three hours of entry to the traditional SPA path included in the stay.
Alternatively, the guest can choose immersion in absolute privacy with the "Villa Only" formula.

Check-out by 11:00 am
In case of late check-out, the following conditions are applied, upon availability:
Charge of 20% of the booked villa rate for check out until 1:00 pm
Charge of full booked villa rate after 1:00 pm

Prices are for villa rental only. Upon request: prices with breakfast included and three hours of entry to the traditional SPA path included in the stay.
