Located along the coast between Marina di Grosseto and Principina a Mare, Villa Maremma is an elegant farmhouse set within the authentic landscape of the Tuscan Maremma. Arranged over two levels and surrounded by a spacious garden, the property is distinguished by ceilings reaching up to five meters in height, large light-filled openings, and traces of original structures, thoughtfully integrated with contemporary design elements. The result is a refined environment that combines a welcoming domestic atmosphere with an international vision, while preserving a strong cultural identity and a relaxed pace of life.

Staying at Villa Maremma, even for just one room, means experiencing a true sense of home: a vibrant and welcoming place, rich in details, scents, and atmospheres that create an immediate feeling of belonging.

The living area opens onto a large lounge, defined by high ceilings and airy spaces, furnished with sofas, a library, and a fireplace—an ideal setting for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The professional kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and dishwasher, ensuring both functionality and comfort.

The sleeping area includes five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, along with one guest bathroom and three main bathrooms (two with bathtubs and one with a shower). Each room is designed to offer comfort and character, in a harmonious balance between tradition and contemporary style.

On the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms featuring traditional Tuscan terracotta floors and a refined interplay between contemporary furnishings and antique pieces, enhanced by original fireplaces. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed, fireplace, and en suite bathroom with shower and marble finishes. The second bedroom, slightly more secluded to ensure greater privacy, combines antique elements with modern design, and features a bathroom with a bathtub and 1950s tiles.

On the first floor, the remaining three bedrooms are located, all with king-size beds (one of which can be converted into twin beds upon request), carefully furnished and overlooking the property’s gardens. The bathrooms, also finished with attention to detail, are equipped with bathtubs with showers.

Outdoors, the villa is set within a private estate of approximately 20 hectares and surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, furnished with tables and dedicated outdoor areas, ideal for enjoyable breakfasts al fresco and atmospheric dinners in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

How to Get There:

Villa Maremma is located in Grosseto and is easily accessible by car. The nearest airports are Rome Fiumicino Airport, Pisa International Airport, and Florence Airport. The closest train station is Grosseto railway station; from there, renting a car is recommended in order to move around freely.
