BONZALONE

The Bonzalone farmhouse is the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday in contact with unspoiled nature in the green hills of the Tuscan Maremma. A careful restructuring has been able to keep the original rural characteristic of the Bonzalone, a stone farmhouse of the early 19th century.

Independent residence with 24 + 4 beds and consisting of 7 apartments including 4 communicating apartments.
La Quercia, L'Olivo, La Lavanda, and Il Melograno sleeps 2 + 1 composed of a living room with kitchenette with television, a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single sofa bed for a child, a bathroom with shower. The apartment also has an external porch with an exedie table.
Il Sorbo with 4 beds, on the ground floor of the farmhouse and composed of a living room with kitchenette with fireplace and television, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Il Tiglio sleeps 5, on the first floor of the farmhouse and consists of a living room with kitchenette with television, a double bedroom with a third bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Il Pero sleeps 7, on the first floor of the farmhouse and composed of a living room with kitchenette with fireplace and television, a double bedroom with internal WC, a double / twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with shower . The apartment also has a terrace.
The Quercia apartment communicates with the Olivo apartment while the Lavanda apartment is connected to the Melograno apartment.
The apartments suitable for the disabled are La Quercia and Olivo.

Services
Swimming pool (6x12 meters, depth 140 cm), fenced garden with net, parking, air conditioning (only in the Tiglio and Pero apartment), table tennis and table football, satellite TV in each apartment, laundry, disabled access, barbecue and outdoor oven, pets allowed, common room of 80 square meters (armchairs, tables etc.), fax, wireless connection.
NB. In an apartment, live the couple of owners, extremely discreet people. The exclusive use of the garden and the pool is guaranteed.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating/air conditioning consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Extra Cleaning: euro 50,00. Extra linen: euro 5,00 per person. Washing maschine: euro 2,00 per washing. Baby cot 10€ per week
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Toddler bed € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
