Several unique and special accommodations are available to guests: the 16th century manor house and the other eight beautiful villas, all with private swimming pools or the 14 elegant suites in the village of Pian Rinaldi, in the center of the estate, where there are also "Il Tuscan Bistro Rinaldi "- a typically Tuscan coffee-tavern - and the Reception.

Villa il Cigno is located in a panoramic position, surrounded by a postcard landscape: soft hills, wide meadows where roe deer graze undisturbed, oak and pine forests. The Villa, with private enclosed garden and large infinity pool, offers total privacy. The perfectly equipped kitchen has been custom built; the five bedrooms are very spacious and bright and have large luxurious bathrooms. The classic contemporary furnishings are the work of local artisans, tapestries and curtains in soft pastel colors convey freshness and harmony.

Ground Floor: Bright dining room with two arched doors that open onto the front garden, very comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs and large TV, large open kitchen, fully equipped, guest bathroom, large double bedroom with two windows, walk-in closet and very comfortable bathroom with shower.

First Floor: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with large showers, a common living room with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.

Penthouse: A romantic double bedroom with panoramic view and en suite bathroom with large shower

Common Facilities: Rinaldi's reception: open every day with information, maps, two tennis courts, The Tuscan Bistro Rinaldi.
