Swimming pool (7x14 m, max depth 2 m), outdoor green space, washing machine, garage, fenced pond, ping pong table, barbecue, mosquito nets, free wi-fi internet connection. The owner of the house has production and cellar of excellent wines, possibility of tasting and buying them.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly), welcome basket and voucher for free tasting in the owner's store in Cetona.

Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on the spot according to consumption.
