The Sorano Thermal Springs Residence consists in 40 housing units: 30 apartments, 4 of which represent the historical core of the residence, and 10 of which were built around the parish church and hot spring.
Each of the units includes a large porch and garden (ground floor), covered balconies (some with sunbaking area) on the first floor, with wooden outdoor furniture. Guests can select different arrangements depending on their individual needs.
The apartments and villas include well-equipped kitchens, a bathroom for each bedroom, ventilated rooms, independent heating, satellite TV, a large terrace and a sunbaking area with wooden outdoor furniture.
VILLA SLEEPS 8/10 PEOPLE – BIANCA
These units are split over two levels and include kitchen/lounge area with sofa-bed, 4 double bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Large outdoor area with wooden furniture and personal garden. Approx 180m2 excluding outdoor areas
VILLA SLEEPS 6/8 PEOPLE – STELLA
These include a lounge area with kitchenette and sofa-bed, two double bedrooms with bathroom, one double bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. Large outdoor area with wooden furniture and personal garden. Approx. 150m2, excluding outdoor areas.
VILLA SLEEPS 4/6 PEOPLE – IRIS
The independent two bedroom units situated in the structure’s historical core are characterised by their stone walls and exposed ceiling beams.
These include a kitchen/lounge area with sofa-bed, two double bedrooms with one bathroom each, a large outdoor area with wooden furniture and a personal garden.
Approx. 100m2, excluding outdoor areas.
TWO BEDROOMS UNIT – GIGLIO
These include a lounge area with kitchenette and sofa-bed, one double bedroom with bathroom, one single bedroom + extra bed with bathroom. Wooden outdoor furniture and garden (ground floor), covered balconies (first floor). Approx 70m2 excluding outdoor areas.
ONE BEDROOM UNIT – ROSA
These include a lounge area with kitchenette and sofa-bed, one double bedroom and one bathroom. Wooden outdoor furniture and garden (ground floor), covered balconies (first floor).
Approx. 60m2, excluding outdoor areas.
STUDIO APARTMENT – MIMOSA
These include a lounge area with kitchenette, including a double bed and bathroom. They are special insofar as they were created through the restoration of ancient buildings adjacent to the parsonage, with a stone exterior and exposed ceiling beams. Fully equipped garden. Approx. 38m2, excluding outdoor areas.

Tuscany Residence with thermal pool
Recent hydro-geological research has confirmed the existence of an important flow of thermal water, enhancing the value of the ancient springs located above the church.
This natural treasure is now utilised by the residence which boasts a large thermal pool, with a special area reserved for children, including two waterfalls allowing guests to benefit from an enjoyable natural hydro-massage all year round.
The calcium magnesium bicarbonate water emerges from the springs at a temperature of 37.5°, and its natural benefits have been well-known since ancient times.
Today guests can enjoy the benefits of this thermal water in the unique surroundings of the Sorano Thermal Springs Residence.

Dining at our restaurant is like diving into the flavours and aromas of the Maremma; our Chef prepares traditional local dishes to bring out the best of seasonal products.
The dishes, tasty and light, are prepared with fresh local seasonal produce, the recipes are traditional for a selection that completely respects our Maremman heritage.
