Comfortable, bright and spacious apartment of about 110 square meters, on the 4th floor (with elevator) close to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and to Rome city centre.

The apartment opens into a corridor, furnished with a capacious bookcase, that leads to the two bedrooms: the first bedroom has a French bed (120cm x 200cm), the second bedroom comes with a double bed (180cm x 190cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a shower combination.
The second bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine.

The day area offers a bright and large living room, furnished with a hammock, TV with DVD player, stereo, a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table seating up to 6-7 people. The open-plan kitchen is comprised into the day area and comes equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge.


Area
The apartment is located in the vicinity of Termini station and close to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. This is a strategic position that will allow you to quickly reach all the main points of interest in Rome: La Sapienza University is about 20 minutes away (on foot), as well as the general hospital Umberto I.
The Colosseum, the Trajan Forum and the Circo Massimo can be easily reached by subway line B (from Termini Station).
At about 650 meters you also find Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, one of the four papal basilicas in Rome, and Via Cavour, an elegant shopping street located in Monti district.

Public transports
The closest subway stop is Vittorio Emanuele, at about 230 meters (line A). Termini Station is only 1 subway stop away.
Cavour subway stop (line B to the Colosseum and to Rome’s southern districts) is about 1,2 km away.
In Piazza Vittorio Emanuele you find several bus (50,105,N12,N18) e tram (5,14) lines.
