The apartments at La Dimora del Bosco offer a comfortable stay in a warm and refined atmosphere, where rustic elegance blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. Carefully furnished in Tuscan style, with exposed wooden beams and traditional details, they ensure a cozy and relaxing environment.

Each apartment is spacious and bright, featuring rooms decorated in natural tones, modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for an independent stay. Large windows and private outdoor spaces allow guests to fully enjoy the landscape. Some units also include panoramic terraces or separate living areas, perfect for moments of relaxation.

La Dimora del Bosco offers 14 apartments, each with unique features:

• CIPRESSO (8 guests) – 2 floors, 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living area, private garden.
• CASTAGNOLO (8 guests) – 4 bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms, 2 with shared bathrooms), kitchen, spacious living area, private terrace.
• SCUOLA (6+2 guests) – 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living area, private garden.
• GUARDIA (5+1 guests) – 3 bedrooms (1 with a private bathroom, 2 with shared bathrooms), kitchen, spacious living area, private outdoor area.
• CACCIA (4+2 guests) – 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living area, private garden and loggia.
• CASTAGNETTA (4+2 guests) – 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living area, private garden.
• ARCO (4+2 guests) – 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, kitchen, living area, garden.
• POGGIO (4+2 guests) – 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, kitchen, living area, private outdoor area.

Guests can enjoy three swimming pools (one exclusive to the villa, one for the apartments, and one for children), as well as a playground surrounded by greenery. Upon request, pool towels, linen changes, and extra cleaning services can be booked at the reception

• Available on request. In low, medium and high season minimum stay of 3 nights.
• Included:

  • Use of the swimming pool from May to September from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Pets allowed as long as they are docile (please do not let them climb on beds and sofas)
• Not included:
  • Extra bed / sofa bed €15 per person per day
  • Use of the washing machine €5 per wash
  • Tourist tax €1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 6 days to be paid at check-in. Exempt children under 14 years of age.
• Deposit: 30% deposit upon confirmation NON-REFUNDABLE by bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD)
• Balance: 70% balance 60 days before check-in
• Cancellation:
  • 30% penalty upon confirmation.
  • 100% penalty from 60 days before check-in
• Wedding fee (€1,500.00) to be paid on spot by cash
