Terms of Use

• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Security deposit: € 3000, to be paid in cash upon arrival
• Pets: only small-sized pets allowed
• Check-in: 17:00–21:00
• Check-out: 08:00–10:00
• Late arrival: 21:00–24:00, upon prior agreement
• Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per night (children up to 12 years excluded), for a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival
• Maximum of 6 children up to 12 years allowed

Payment Terms

• 30% deposit upon confirmation; remaining 70% due 80 days before the start of the stay
