Policies

• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Arrival day: Saturday only from 06/06 to 26/08
• Security deposit: € 3000, to pay cash on arrival
• Pets: Allowed only small pets
• Check-in: 17:00-21:00
• Check-out: 08:00-10:00
• Late arrivals: 21:00-24:00, if agreed
• Tourist tax: 1.50 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 10 nights, to pay cash on arrival
• Maximum 6 children up to 12 years allowed

Terms of payment: Deposit equal to 30% of the total price to be paid upon confirmation. The remaining 70% must be paid 75 days before the start of the vacation.
