This magnificent rustic-style farmhouse underwent a complete and meticulous renovation finalized in 2021. Externally, it preserves its historic charm and authentic Tuscan allure, while the interiors have been redefined by contemporary, designer furnishings, offering guests an experience that combines the appeal of the traditional setting with the maximum of modern comfort and elegance.

The outdoor spaces represent a true oasis of peace: a vast and meticulously maintained garden hosts an elegant pergola, cozy outdoor lounges, and a solarium area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Available is a characteristic pool barrel, used as a cold water tub during the summer season and heatable for pleasant soaks in the spring and autumn months.

An extraordinary novelty awaits guests from spring 2024: the park will be enhanced by a magnificent infinity pool, strategically positioned to offer a breathtaking view of the splendid Montalcino hill.

Furthermore, adjacent to the farmhouse garden, five hectares of vineyard stretch out, accessible to guests for relaxing walks, allowing them to fully immerse themselves and enjoy the marvellous Tuscan countryside.

It features 5 rooms and one Cottage:

Junior Suite: This is the ultimate romantic room, decorated in shades of antique rose and dove grey. It is characterized by an arched vault inside the room and a glass wall that offers a postcard-worthy panorama when looking outside. The room is positioned to the north-east to grant a splendid view of the sunrise and the Val d'Orcia countryside illuminated by the first rays of sun.

Superior Room: Three spacious and comfortable rooms dedicated to nature lovers. One offers a beautiful view of the countryside to the south-east of the farmhouse and a striking floral wall facing the bed. Another has a romantic four-poster bed and an outdoor patio facing east. The third has an independent entrance, located on the external staircase, and benefits from a double exposure with views to both the north and south of the farmhouse.

Suite: The largest and most luxurious room, with views from three sides of the farmhouse, is flooded with the light of dawn in the morning and the warmth of sunset in the evening. Furnished with fine furniture, it offers a private lounge area with a freestanding bathtub and a large bed positioned in the centre of the room.

Garden Cottage: A cozy retreat overlooking the large garden of our property. Here, time slows down, and every detail is designed to make you feel at home. Inside, there is a comfortable double bedroom, an independent and well-equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. The living area is furnished with a table and a comfortable sofa.
