Villa Poliziana, built around an 18th-century Renaissance watchtower, features a restored structure seamlessly combined with modern furnishings. With its private indoor spa, panoramic pool, and vast fully enclosed park, it offers guests an exclusive experience. Villa Poliziana, built around an 18th-century Renaissance watchtower, features a restored structure integrated with modern furnishings. With its indoor spa, panoramic swimming pool and huge, fully enclosed park, it offers its guests an exclusive experience.

The property is spread over two floors, connected by a lift. All 6 double rooms, with elegant finishes and panoramic views, feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, televisions and safes.

The indoor wellness centre includes a sauna, Turkish bath, tropical showers, chromotherapy and a heated indoor hydromassage pool. Outside, a magnificent garden and a 1.5 km jogging trail welcome the guests. Adjacent to the property is a 5-hectare private park nestled among vineyards and olive groves, one of the most beautiful eco-sustainable gardens in Italy, which can be visited upon request.

NOT INCLUDED:

Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per day; children under 12 are exempt.
Security deposit of €700.00 upon check-in via credit card pre-authorisation.
Laundry service upon request.
The villa will be equipped with a selection of wines from our wine cellar, not included in the weekly rate.
