The access road to the Property is a long and, occasionally steep, white gravel road, not suitable for sports cars or any other low-height car.

The Property was the old water mill of the Estate. Therefore it is located along the stream of Gorga Nera, in a unique and extraordinarily beautiful natural setting, although wild and isolated.
