The veranda, with magnificent sea views, features a wicker table and sitting area. The garden on the roof of the villa, which overlooks the surrounding coastline, is beautiful and very special.
Access to the private beach and private beach below by private staircase guarantees the most complete privacy.

It stretches for several kilometers, and is the ideal place for lovers of long walks. Porto Giunco is known as the Spiaggia dei Due Mari for the large pond of Notteri, which is behind it. The natural continuation of the Simius Beach keeps its features: long and abundant beach. It is dominated by an ancient Saracen tower.
