Villa Collinette is an exquisite, renovated farmhouse set right on the hills of the Antognolla Golf Course. Its strategic position offers breath-taking views of the Umbrian countryside and its rolling hills. The traditional style of Villa Collinelle, surrounded by century-old olive trees, gives way to the modern yet elegant interiors. The villa boasts an infinity pool with stunning views as far as the eye can see. With its expansive terraces and pergola, guests can enjoy leisurely breakfasts, lunches and sunset aperitivos immersed in the quiet oasis only this side of Umbria can offer: the perfect setting to enjoy a memorable family holiday or countryside escape with friends. The road to the villa passes through the Antognolla Golf Course, followed by 3 km of white gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good conditions but occasionally steep and with little stones as all the country roads, so they are not suitable for low-height cars or sport cars

ARRIVAL / WELCOME
One welcome/check-in service is provided per booking/group.
Multiple separate welcome services for guests within the same group cannot be guaranteed.

WEDDINGS & EVENTS
Weddings and events are not permitted at the villas.

CHECK-IN
4:00 pm–8:00 pm.
After 8:00 pm: €150 late check-in fee and advance notice required.
No check-in after midnight.
Early check-in is subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT
By 10:00 am.
Late check-out is subject to availability.

INCLUSIONS:
High-speed Wi-Fi with unlimited access.
Concierge Service: available daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, with emergency assistance outside these hours.
Housekeeping:
6 days per week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Garden and pool maintenance included.
Pool heating: not included and available on request, subject to weather conditions. Charges are based on consumption. Pool heating is not available from mid-October to mid-April.
In-Villa Ordering & Delivery: a dedicated QR code is available in each villa to order breakfast, lunch, snacks, aperitifs and dinner, as well as essential groceries, for delivery directly to the villa.
Dinner shuttle: complimentary shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant, Il Caldaro, available every evening for dinner upon prior reservation, for a maximum of 8 guests per villa. Multiple round trips per villa are not available.
Antognolla Golf: 10% discount on green fees and 5% discount at the Golf Shop.
Welcome hamper: a selection of Estate products, together with an initial provision of bottled water, ground coffee, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, Estate olive oil and coffee capsules.
Pre-stocking service: available upon request at an additional cost.

Booking Conditions: Account 30% of the total amount at the confirmation, balance 60 days before the arrival. All payments are not refundable.

Upon arrival, guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, in accordance with the regulations of the municipality hosting the property.
