The villa is surrounded by a large private garden that extends towards the surrounding countryside and features a panoramic swimming pool offering breathtaking views of the rolling hills. The villa is divided into six apartments, spread between the ground floor and the first floor, each designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy. The apartments are perfect for groups of friends, families, or couples, accommodating between 2 and 6 people per unit.

On the ground floor, there are three apartments, each featuring spacious interiors and a view of the private garden. Each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area, and spacious bedrooms. Two of the apartments include a fireplace. The layout is designed for functionality and comfort, with at least one master bedroom and a bathroom, while some apartments also offer a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to four people, and one apartment features two master bedrooms.

On the first floor, three more apartments follow the same style but are suited for larger groups. Each first-floor apartment includes at least two bedrooms, furnished with elegant rustic-style furniture, and two bathrooms to ensure greater comfort during the stay. The living area is spacious and includes a fully equipped kitchenette. All first-floor apartments feature a loft area, which can be used as a reading nook or to accommodate extra beds, increasing the apartment’s capacity. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, thanks to terracotta floors, exposed wooden beam ceilings, and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space.

Each apartment is equipped with all modern comforts, including underfloor heating, cooling systems, free Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchens with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The spacious and modern bathrooms feature showers and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, each apartment has a private garden furnished with outdoor furniture, allowing guests to relax, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the stunning views.

The villa also offers a range of shared services, including a pergola with an outdoor kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and restroom facilities for guests using the pool or pergola area.
