VILLA BOSCHETO

The construction of Villa Boscheto dates back to 1600, it was restored first in 1802 and then from 1995 to 2000.
The Villa, with its panoramic swimming pool, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching from Siena to Monte Amiata, offers the opportunity to relax in a refined and exclusive environment. The large halls with their elegant ceilings and authentic family furnishings, recovered from the valuable properties, offer an ancient and suggestive Tuscan atmosphere.

Villa Boscheto is composed of the main Villa and two depandancies Bellaria and Poderino.
The main Villa consists of 4 standard double bedrooms, 3 superior double bedrooms and 2 superior triple bedrooms each with bathroom for a total of 20 beds.
The Bellaria Depandance consists of two standard double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the Poderino Depandance is composed of the Salvia apartment with two standard double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The villa has wi-fi in common areas, air conditioning and heating. The large dining room has a welcoming central style fireplace.
Villa Boscheto, with its large halls and outdoor spaces, offers an environment suitable for weddings and ceremonies.

Total capacity of the Estate: 30 sleeps. Is also possible to book just the main building or the main building + one dependance only (prices on request)
Inventory deposit: euro 3.000( credit card preauthorization ) at check in.
Arrivals from 5,00 p.m. till 7,30 p.m. – departure on Sunday by 9,30 a.m.; for early/late check-in € 250; for early/late check-out € 250(to be requested previously)

Included: taxes, electricity, gas for kitchen , water, linen ( for beds, bathrooms and kitchen), beddings changed once a week, the use of the swimming – pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs, final cleaning, WIFI in common areas, heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms, centralized.

Meal's details: you’ll have the possibility to taste our home made cakes with Tuscan flour, home made jams, yogurt, the famous honey from Montalcino, the eggs from our chicken coop, sliced Cinta Senese, pecorini and ricotta cheeses from Pienza, seasonal veg and fruit……all produced by us or coming from the short chain, and all organic!!
