The Villa
Villa Alba was born from a complete restoration of a historic residence: the property, over 5,000 sqm, features centuries-old plants and impressive monoliths and is located within the Porto Rotondo consortium.
The main villa consists of a central body and five independent cottages distributed throughout the park: the interiors of the villa are bright thanks to large windows that flood the spaces with natural light, while the infinity pool is located at the highest part of the property, adjacent to the main villa, and is surrounded by a large teak solarium with armchairs, chaise lounges, a large round sofa, and a gazebo that complete the sunbathing area, which also features an outdoor shower. The pool is heated, and the combined oxygen and chlorine purification system ensures water suitable even for the most sensitive skin, with depths ranging from 30 to 150 cm, and the internal and external lighting creates an elegant and relaxed atmosphere in the evening.
Within the property, there is a gym area, located in a green zone with sea view, away from the bedrooms and the rest of the villas to ensure silence, tranquility, and privacy. Completely new since 2024, the gym features an outdoor rubber floor and Technogym equipment, including dumbbells, benches, barbells, and weights. The bioclimatic pergola with lighting and the possibility of remote-controlled closure ensures use in any condition.

The Main Villa
The main villa is situated in an elevated area from which it is possible to admire the splendid panorama overlooking the surrounding vegetation and the distant bay; it is a refined luxury residence that combines contemporary design with local materials, offering absolute privacy and expansive panoramic views. The property has one double bedroom, two bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, master suite with private bathroom and sauna.
The interior spaces combine elegance and attention to detail, with a large modular sofa, dining table, and designer lamps. The 100-inch TV, with satellite channels and streaming platforms access, is also visible from the veranda. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor) with refrigerators, cooktops, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and complete dinnerware. The indoor kitchen is connected to a service bathroom with shower, accessible without passing through the living area.
The sleeping area consists of two suites: the master bedroom features three glass walls, a tatami bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with terrace. The second double bedroom has a balcony and private bathroom, ideal for children or friends. All bedrooms have independent air conditioning.

The park hosts five cottages that offer independent spaces, privacy, and reserved outdoor areas:

Villetta Le Palme: private terrace with view, double bedroom with marble shower bathroom, ideal for couples.
Villetta I Cespugli: romantic suite with breathtaking panorama, double bedroom, walk-in closet, marble shower bathroom, outdoor space with pergola.
Villetta Family: 50 sqm veranda with sea view, outdoor living area, double bedroom and single bed, bathroom with double window and marble shower, designed for families.
Dependance Liberty: autonomous solution with fully equipped kitchen, marble shower bathroom, and sunny veranda, ideal for couples or service staff.
All cottages are furnished with modern and designer furniture, marble floors, full bathrooms with marble shower and glass, independent air conditioning, and refrigerator. Each cottage offers privacy and independence, making Villa Alba suitable for groups, families, and friends.
