TENUTA LE SELVE

Tenuta le Selve has a fantastic view of Lake Garda surrounded by 10 hectares of olive grove and is located 3 km from the center/ lake.

It consists of two independent villas, each with its own swimming pool: Villa Garda and Villa Le Selve.

Villa Garda was designed in the 1920s by Giancarlo Maroni, known as the architect of the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the famous home of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio. Guests can enjoy an elegant residence whose historical roots have been maintained and respected, equipped with all the comforts and services including the heated swimming pool, heated outdoor whirlpool, gym and others..

The external environment of the Villa Le Selve offers, in addition to the large infinity pool equipped with natural salt sterilization treatment, a large hydromassage bath set in stone masonry and a poolside area organized with deckchairs and a table for outdoor dining. All framed by flower beds with fragrant essences and blooms and by the expanse of olive trees. A further precious detail: at the request of customers, the main pool can be heated to enjoy the outdoor environment in any season and appreciate the surrounding nature and its different colors in different seasons.

Villa Garda (300 square meters) can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

On the ground floor the living area with living and dining room, billiard room, equipped kitchen, room with washing machine, terrace with lake view and a service bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor four double bedrooms: one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and terrace overlooking the lake; the terrace overlooking the lake is shared with another double bedroom with bathroom with tub. Two other double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower and side lake view. Each room has a hairdryer and satellite TV. In two rooms it is possible to add an additional bed for children (with supplement).

Villa Le Selve (218 sqm) has 6 + 2 beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds.

On the ground floor an open space with an iron and glass conservatory overlooking the lake and a gas fireplace. The open space is furnished with a table for lunches and dinners, behind the dining room the fully equipped kitchen, developed around a central marble counter. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with toilet.

Downstairs SPA area overlooking the garden and the lake. The SPA is equipped with a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, an emotional shower, a relaxation area with chaise lounge beds and a kettle for herbal teas.

On the first floor the three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, the latter with the possibility of adding a children's bed. Each room has a private bathroom (1 bathroom with shower and 2 bathrooms with bathtub) and hairdryer.

Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm (time of arrival has to be communicated at least 7 days prior arrival)

Deposit: €3.000 to be paid upon arrival with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and it will be returned at the end of the stay

Minimum Stay
From January 4th to May 30th & from September 27th to December 19th: 3 nights;
From April 19th and april 25th & from May 31th to September 26th: 7 nights, Saturday/Saturday
From December 20st to January 9rd, 2026: 7 nights

General Terms
Tenuta Le Selve is composed by 2 nearby villas for a total of 7 ensuite bedrooms and 14 people.
We can add 4 single beds, for a total of 18 guests.

Pets
Pets are allowed, but no more than 4, and a supplement of €100.00 per pet will be charged for cleaning costs.
An additional deposit of €500.00 per animal is required.
