Casa Ginestra sleeps 6 on the ground floor entrance, lounge / dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people. On the first floor two double bedrooms, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
Possibility of adding two beds in the rooms since they are very large.
Casa Prugnolo sleeps 6 people on the ground floor entrance, living room with fireplace, lounge / dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor living room, a double bedroom, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
Possibility of adding two beds in the rooms since they are very large.

Swimming pool (6x12m), equipped green space, gazebo with night lighting equipped for outdoor dining for each apartment, barbecue, free wi-fi, satellite TV.

MID SEASON 200,00 € per week
LOW SEASON included

Baby cots (0-3 years old): Free.
Pets: Allowed.

extra bed: 90,00 € per persom/bed/week (max 4 beds)

Short stays: minimum 3 nights in low season, considered only last minute (one month before arrival). The price for all stays shorter than a week is €400 per night in high, mid, and low season (heating included) for the single apartment and €800 per night for the villa (heating included).

Pool opening:15/05-03/10. Pool opening in low season: €450 per stay, both for the single house and the villa, regardless of the length of stay.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the hosting municipality.
