Terms and conditions

Security deposit € 2000,00. Security deposit: The security deposit, to cover possible damages, will be held by the agency. The house manager will carefully survey the property at checkout and immediately inform the tenant and/or his agency about any existing damage, sending evidence (photos) via email. Within thenext few days and no longer than a week after checking out, a complete documentation will be sent on the extent and amount of damages/charges accompanied by a formal invoice. We prefer not to ask cash as security deposit, as this would affect the stock ofliquidity to be spent locally.
Rental periods and expected arrival/departure time: Rentals can begin any day of the week. Minimum stay four nights. Guests are expected to arrive after 4 P.M. and to leave before 10 A.M.Different check in times should be agreed at the time of booking. Departure time can be agreed directly with the check in rep.
Basic equipment: Full air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, complete range of multimedia devices. Large terrace with wide pergola for ""al fresco""dining.
About services: New laws now allow the landlords to provide basic cleaning services. So the guests won't have to hire anymore a cleaning staff as the owners will take care of it. For any further service as personal laundry, extra bed and bathroom linen changing, cooking and preparing meals please see below.
Included in the rental price:Fluent English speaking check in rep welcoming the guests and showing them the house, Basic morning cleaning and up keeping of the premises, Final cleaning, Weekly bed and bath linen change for stays longer than one week. House heating and air conditioning, Electricity & Gas Water from the mains, Wi-Fi throughout the house, SAT TV (mainly in English), Fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Additional services to be paid directly to the companies/professionals providing them: Daily in-depth cleaning, additional bed and bath linen changing, kitchen cleaning and washing up, personal laundry and ironing, Grocery shopping, Cooking service, Guided tours, Drivers with car, Any additional concierge service.
Site fee for weddings, parties and events including a number of people exceedingthe standard hosting capacity of the house to be agreed on a case-by-case basis

Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
