The apartment La Stalla is divided into two floors. The outside area features a private garden with barbecue, a patio with tables and chairs. On the ground floor is the large living room with fireplace and fitted kitchen, from which there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pool (8x15m), walks and bicycle tours, air conditioning, garden, patio, barbecue, outdoor furniture, fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), Internet Wireless.

• Weekly stay: from Saturday to Saturday
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Check-out: by and no later than 10:00 AM
• Security deposit: € 200 to be paid upon arrival
• Legal requirement: passport copies for all guests over 14 years of age must be provided at least 3 days prior to arrival in order to complete registration

Prices include:

• Towels and bed linens
• 1 pool towel per person per week
• Wi-Fi internet connection
• Use of the pool
• Air conditioning

Prices exclude:

• Heating: € 80 per week
• Final cleaning: € 100
• City tax: € 2 per person per day (subject to increase by the municipality)
• Extra bed: € 100
• Baby cot: € 50
• Espresso coffee set (10 capsules): € 5
• Extra maid service: € 25 per hour
• Complete extra change of linens and towels: € 20 per person

• Swimming pool: open from 25th March to 20th October

Payment Policy & Cancellation Policy

• At reservation: payment of 30% of the total amount, not refundable in case of cancellation
• 45 days before check-in: the final balance is due
