DOLCE COLLINA

Independent residence sleeping 28 + 12 consisting of two units called Dolce Collina 1 and Dolce Collina 2. In total there are 8 apartments distributed in the two structures.
The apartments called Casetta Rosa, Il Grande, Casa del Pino, Il Piccolo, La Capannina are located in the Dolce Collina 1 unit, while the apartments Il Focolar, Beatrice and Valentino are located in the Dolce Collina 2 unit.
Beatrice sleeps 4 + 2 on the ground floor living / dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
Casa Del Pino sleeps 4 + 2 on the first floor kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower.
Casetta Rosa sleeps 4 + 2, small independent house on the ground floor with private garden. Large living / dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Il Focolar sleeps 6 + 2 on the ground floor living / dining room with fireplace and kitchenette with dishwasher, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower.
Il Grande sleeps 4 + 2 on the ground floor living / dining room with kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Suitable for disabled people.
Il Piccolo sleeps 2 + 2 on the ground floor living / dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
La Capannina sleeps 2 + 1, small independent cottage, living / dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Valentino sleeps 2 + 2 on the ground floor living / dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Services
Two swimming pools, one of which with hydromassage island (13x5 m - 12x5 m), large solarium, barbecue, small pets allowed, shared laundry, indoor covered parking, playground for adults and children, equipped green space, wi-fi connection , all apartments have an electric oven, bowling alley, gym. The La Capannina and Casa del Pino apartments have air conditioning.
In the Dolce Collina 2 unit there is the common room with professional kitchen, with independent access from the outside and gazebo with pizza oven and barbecue.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on site according to consumption.

Final cleaning to be paid on site € 400.
On arrival guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pets € 25.00 per week. Crib € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
Check-in 3-7 pm | Check out 10 am.
Pool open 01/05-31/10.
