CHIGNONI

Chignoni consists of 3 apartments for a total of 18 + 4 sleeps.

The Cerro Vecchio apartment is the "Piccolo" of our structure (95 sq. M.) It is ideal for 4 people, it is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance. The apartment consists of a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and all that can be used) with adjoining living area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a small living room with TV. The apartment faces the pool side directly and the entrance is south facing.
The Montalto apartment (165 sq. M.) Is ideal for 8 people (6 + 2 beds). The apartment is accessed from the ground floor through a veranda where you can relax and / or eat, the entrance is independent. The apartment consists of a large room with a large fireplace (typical of our tradition), a kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and everything you need), 3 large double bedrooms, two bathrooms equipped with shower.
The Gorgaccia apartment is the largest available (180 sq. M.), Ideal for staying between 8 and 10 people (8 + 2 beds). It is accessed through a wide staircase, with an independent entrance, located on the first floor. The apartment consists of a large living room with a large original fireplace, next to a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and all that can be used), the living room described unfolds on 2 floors, in fact, going up the stairs we meet another living room with a view of the previous one which has the function of a relaxation area around which the 4 double bedrooms (with double beds and single beds if necessary) and the 2 bathrooms with shower face.

Services
Swimming pool (7x10 m) with solarium area, outdoor green area, games for children, mountain bikes, barbecue area, trekking, large and charming common room, TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection, equipped kitchens and dishwasher in each apartment, washing machine. Possibility to purchase company products. Each apartment has a private area outside, equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The Gorgaccia apartment is also equipped with a wooden gazebo overlooking the pool and deckchairs in which to relax.
There is no air conditioning: the thick walls of the house guarantee an ideal temperature.
