CASALI DI BURANO - VILLA DELLA SUGHERA

Villa della Sughera, like the other villas, is located inside the WWF Oasis of Burano, a protected area of considerable landscape and naturalistic interest, which extends along the coastal strip of the municipality of Capalbio. It is about 700 meters from the sea, which can be reached via a private country road and where there is a private shady hut. The Villa, surrounded by a large garden of about 5,000 square meters, is composed of a main house and two annexes and was completely renovated in 2014. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms. The main house is on three floors: the ground floor is composed of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a study, a bathroom, a laundry room and a utility room; the first floor with four bedrooms and four bathrooms; the attic floor with a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. The small annex is composed of a bedroom with bathroom and dressing room.
