BELVEDERE E CLARINETTO

Located in the splendid setting of Montalbano in Vinci, in the heart of Tuscany, the birthplace of the famous genius and master Leonardo da Vinci, the Belvedere e Clarinetto farmhouse   it is made up of three historic farmhouses on a property of approximately 80 hectares. The position between vineyards and olive groves offers an exclusive and relaxing view in the magical setting of beauty and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. You can visit the most beautiful Tuscan cities easily reachable in a short time such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena, which are just a step away from here. A beautiful panoramic swimming pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi are available to guests.

The Belvedere e Clarinetto farmhouse is surrounded by nature, in this quiet place full of peace and harmony you can relax and play outdoors. For children there is a playground, an outdoor children's play area, table tennis, an outdoor fireplace / bonfire area, picnic area, sun terrace, barbecue and wood oven, garden and beautiful panoramic view. In front of the Agriturismo Belvedere e Clarinetto on the opposite side of the Provincial Road, for golf lovers there is the Golf Club. Guests who love Trekking can take advantage of the vast estate or in the immediate vicinity of paths that can be done . These are of various lengths and difficulties: from the easiest for beginners to the most difficult and demanding trails. All the trails are marked with different levels: yellow, green or red depending on the difficulty (info and maps are available at the reception). For the tireless there are other routes around Vinci and that go to the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci and then to the highest points of Montalbano (also info and maps at the reception of this).

The Belvedere e Clarinetto farmhouse is the ideal location for your wedding. Located in a peaceful, quiet and little noisy place outside the city, but with all the comforts. Possibility of overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner and tasting, all accompanied by excellent products such as Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil. A perfect place for the most important day of your life, in a pleasant and peaceful setting, immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. The historic farmhouse consists of bedrooms, apartments, 2 meeting rooms, 1 tasting room, 1 restaurant and a panoramic swimming pool.

The Farmhouse consists of:

- 8 DEPENDANCE+SWING ROOMS consisting of double or king bed and bathroom.
- TRUMP apartment consisting of living room with kitchen and one bedroom with double bed.
- Apt MERLOT - SYRAH - CLARINET - SASSOPHONE - ORCHESTRA - CHARDONNAY - PISA located on the ground and second floor, consisting of living room with kitchen and sofa bed and one bedroom with double or king bed.
- Apt CABERNET - SANGIOVESE composed of living room with kitchen, one sofa bed and two rooms with double or king beds.

Maximum occupancy 58 people.

The apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, wardrobe / closet, sofa, independent entrance, marble or tiled floor, heating, mosquito net, living area and much more. Hairdryer, private bathroom, bidet, shower. Kitchenette, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, toaster, kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi Internet, flat screen TV.

WIFI available in the apartments, rooms and main common areas, including the swimming pool. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and, on request, ironing board with iron. Animals are not allowed.

The use of the professional kitchen, tasting room, meeting room, meeting room have an extra cost to be quantified in the request phase.

Notes: The owner lives in an independent apartment within the structure.

He is an extremely discreet person. To the guests it is guaranteed the exclusive use of swimming pool’s area and the garden area.

Inside the structure there is a small tasting room that could be used by the owner, for his own personal needs, linked to the production of wine.

The restaurant will be open to both group guests and external customers - exclusive use of the restaurant is available upon request.

EXTRA COSTS:

Use of the kitchen in Dependance € 600,00

Use of the Meeting Room Caterina € 300,00 daily.

Use of the Meeting Room Monnalisa € 500,00 daily, including video projector and maxi screen without operator.

Video projector and maxi screen with operator € 100,00 per hour (minimum 3 hours).

All prices are daily prices.

PRICE INCLUDES: Air conditioning, heating, electricity, gas, water, bed linen, bathroom towels, weekly towel and linen change, parking place, Wi-Fi

and final cleaning. An extra cost of final cleaning might be required if the accommodations and / or the property are not left properly

Deposit: € 250,00 to be paid on arrival for each apartment or room and it will be refunded at departure.

City tax: € 1,50 per adult person (over 14 years old) for the first 6 night Extra bed: € 45,00 per night

Pool towel: € 9,00 each - For sanitary reason it is forbidden to take bathroom towels to the pool.

Brunch, dinner or lunch is available on request

The property reserve the right to use the structure for wine tasting and other initiatives related to the wine
