A large part of the former stables was used to create this wonderful detached house. It is located in the hills, near the Corbezzolo apartment and can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
The beautiful covered panoramic terrace, directly in front of the house, is equipped with a large dining table and chairs. An outdoor shower, loungers and a private Jacuzzi are available for your relaxation.
The Quercia apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (double) with private bathroom (shower), 2 double bedrooms are on the ground floor and one is on the first floor. Large room with kitchen equipped with all comforts, guest bathroom with toilet and sink, private terrace / patio with table and chairs, outdoor shower, private jacuzzi with sun beds and barbeque.
Next to the farmhouse, on the back of the hill, there is the swimming pool area shared with the other guests. At your disposal the infinity pool, jacuzzi, relaxation pool, lounge area and barbecue to fully enjoy the peace and beauty of nature and silence, thanks to the spectacular view over the Maremma countryside to the sea.
Services: WiFi, underfloor cooling, underfloor heating, final cleaning, sheets, towels, pool towels (change on request, based on the length of stay), dish towels and tablecloths. Use of the swimming pool with reserved umbrella.
