Villa Smeraldo is an indipendent villa with swimming pool with 10 sleeps.
Villa Smeraldo is spread over two floors, each of which is furnished with taste and attention to detail, to ensure maximum comfort for guests. On the ground floor we find the first two apartments while the first floor is reserved for the third apartment.
The ground floor consists of a first apartment consisting of a living room used as a dining room, complete with comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV and a dining table. From here you can access the fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances and the sleeping area which has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment is cozy and welcoming and consists of a living room with fireplace, sofas, dining table and kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor can be reached via an external stone staircase, has a living area consisting of living room and dining room complete with sofas, fireplace, TV and dining table. The sleeping area has a double bedroom, a single bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is completed by a terrace with an extraordinary view of Lake Trasimeno, equipped with a pergola with comfortable outdoor furniture to give you moments of absolute relaxation and to enjoy delicious dinners in the open air and a front terrace where you can enjoy views and sunsets unforgettable.
