An ideal starting point for visiting the many historical, artistic and religious sites of great interest such as Arezzo, Monterchi, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and so many other smaller towns scattered in the Valley.

The villa, the garden, the swimming pool and  the Gym. The villa is surrounded by a spacious completely fenced garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven and playground area for children. Near the house, there is a 6 x 12 depth 0,30 - 1,60 m swimming pool for your exclusive use, with a smaller part suitable for children (3 x 3 m). On the ground floor there is a small gym equipped with exercise bike, step, bench for weights and so on..... ideal for sportive lovers.
