VILLA DOMITILLA

Independent villa with 14 beds.
On the first floor there is a magnificent lounge with large fireplace, two elegant lounges (one of which has an office with fax and ADSL internet connection), a dining room with a large table suitable for 14 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two Double rooms with private bathroom.
On the second floor there is a large lounge with a grand piano, a comfortable living room with satellite TV, a magnificent double bedroom with bathroom, a large and elegant twin bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with canopy beds. These last two rooms share a bathroom.
On the third level (the tower) we have a cozy living room with tv, a double bedroom (but the beds can be combined to get a double bed) with incredible views of the valley and a bathroom.
All bedrooms have plenty of space and closets.
In the basement or ground floor there are the cellars, the gym with sauna, the laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and iron). The villa also has two safety boxes.
In six of the seven bedrooms of the villa there are air conditioning machines.
Guests at Villa Domitilla can also enjoy the beautiful private park and pool with a patio in front of the villa, cooked with two loggia where you can eat or relax in the shade. A huge fig tree guarantees shade and freshness even in the warmer months. There is also a large square in the grass with a large oak tree giving shade where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a relaxing sunset appetizer.
