VILLA DELLE SIRENE

Villa le Sirene is a gorgeous, cosy two-storey villa for 8 people in a peaceful location, enjoying a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. Villa Le Sirene has a total area of 200 square meters and has a private terrace, outdoor jacuzzi, parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

A wonderful villa surrounded by a private garden containing typical plants from the Mediterranean forest, Villa Le Sirene is located around 450 metres from the centre of Torca, a small district of Massa Lubrense, situated between the sea and the hill in an area said in ancient times to be the “Monti delle Sirene” (Mountains of the Sirens). From Torca it’s possible to take the path which leads to Fiordo di Crapolla or indulge in some relaxing time walking around the Monte di Torca.

Just 450 metres away there is a grocery store, restaurants and the public trasportation. Less than 10 minutes away by foot (about 900 metres) you’ll find Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi with its restaurants, supermarket, shops, and public transport. The closest beach (Marina del Cantone) is around 8 km away.

From Villa Le Sirene it’s easy to get to all of the most popular destinations on the Sorrento Peninsula such as Sorrento (about 9km away), with its churches, the Villa Comunale, and its typical alleyways; or Massa Lubrense (about 4km away), famous for its many nature spots and Michelin-starred restaurants. Not forgetting also, the wonders to see on the Amalfi Coast: Positano (around 15 km away), Amalfi (around 25 km away), Vietri Sul Mare (around 50 km away) and Cetara (around 60 km away).

To stay at Villa Le Sirene, we recommend that you have a car, which you’ll be able to park in the villa’s private parking area. Please bear in mind that access to the villa is via a narrow street, which is only suitable for small vehicles (e.g. Fiat Punto). Alternatively, there is a public car park just 400 m from the villa, although you will need to pay to park here.

There are just five small steps leading down from the parking area to the villa.

THE PRIVATE TERRACE is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers and boasts a hammock, barbecue, outdoor shower and outdoor jacuzzi for four people. From the terrace, you’ll be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, the Li Galli islands and Cetara. Here, you’ll also find a small outdoor kitchen area equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.

UPPER FLOOR

THE LOUNGE is comfortable and stylishly furnished, containing a dining table for eight people, a Smart TV, a double bed and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric oven, kettle and other small appliances. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the lounge, you’ll have access to the terrace with sea view.

THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a double sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and shower cubicle. You access the bathroom from the corridor.

LOWER FLOOR (down an internal staircase of 16 steps from the upper floor)

THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a four-poster bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

THE THIRD BATHROOM contains a sink and a toilet. You access the bathroom from the corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
